Join Via’s Tel Aviv R&D team to design, build, and scale backend systems that support its global transportation operations. You’ll own features end to end, shape system architecture, and help improve engineering practices across the team.

  • Architect, build, and scale microservices from design through production deployment.
  • Own features through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Lead system design decisions and define service boundaries.
  • Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable production code.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Review code, mentor junior engineers, and share technical knowledge.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 6+ years of backend development experience, including building production systems at scale.
  • Experience with one or more backend languages: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
  • Understanding of system design, distributed systems, data structures, multithreading, and design patterns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
