Own a core area of the Elastic XDR roadmap, from requirements through launch and iteration, while contributing to exposure and vulnerability management capabilities. Work with engineering, security researchers, and customers to improve detection, response, integrations, and remediation across different deployment models.

- Own XDR roadmap capabilities across detection, correlation, incident building, and response.
- Expand and maintain first-party and third-party telemetry and integrations.
- Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management, prioritization, and remediation workflows.
- Write product requirements and translate customer input and threat research into product decisions.
- Represent product in customer conversations and bring feedback into the roadmap.
- Ensure product capabilities work across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments.
דרישות
- At least 5 years in security-related technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing, and at least 3 years in a related product development or technical field.
- Track record of owning product areas from requirements through shipped, iterated outcomes.
- Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics.
- Solid understanding of detection analytics, prioritization, and the current cyber threat landscape.
- BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security.

- Practitioner background such as SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder.
- Familiarity with AI security and attacks on AI, ML, and agentic systems.
- Experience with products that rely on heterogeneous third-party data and integrations.
