Lead the Failure Analysis engineering group within the Product Engineering team and improve the quality of hardware products through technical leadership, data analysis, and global production support. The role focuses on electronics systems, failure analysis methods, production process control, and collaboration across multiple teams and geographies.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of failure analysis engineers.
  • Improve quality KPIs through root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and yield optimization.
  • Establish failure analysis methods, debug protocols, and quality control processes across global production sites.
  • Support the team on RF, embedded, FPGA, high-speed communication, and mixed-signal systems.
  • Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to resolve issues and prevent yield impact.
  • Manage vendor escalations, design DFT/DFM analyses, and production crisis investigations.

  • 6+ years in hardware design and failure analysis, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of electronics production processes, DFT principles, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNA, and automated test equipment.
  • Experience with production testing workflows, yield analysis, and statistical process control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

יתרון

  • Experience with DFT and DFM analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python or data analysis tools such as MATLAB or Jupyter.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or formal quality methodologies.
