Lead a core R&D team building and delivering product components for Silverfort’s identity security platform. Shape architecture and technical direction across frontend and backend, while working hands-on with engineering, product, and UX teams.

  • Drive architecture and technical direction across frontend and backend codebases, including design and implementation.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of key product components, from planning and design through implementation and release.
  • Mentor team members and guide technical and architectural decisions.
  • Work with engineering, Product, and UX teams to turn requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
  • Set and improve engineering practices for code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Lead responses to complex engineering challenges and communicate technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a tech lead or other leading role, owning system architecture and guiding engineering teams.
  • Strong backend development experience; Node.js preferred.
  • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue; React preferred.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Elasticsearch experience.
  • Background in cybersecurity or identity platforms.
  • Hands-on use of AI coding and reasoning tools in production work.
