Lead the hotel booking product experience for Navan Edge, from search through booking and post-booking. Build personalized, AI-assisted experiences that help business travelers find and book suitable hotels with less effort.

  • Lead the full hotel journey, from search to confirmation and post-booking engagement.
  • Build AI-driven hotel experiences for searching, comparing, deciding, and booking.
  • Identify funnel friction and improve conversion and repeat booking rates.
  • Work with AI, data, and engineering teams on hotel ranking, filters, recommendations, and personalization.
  • Design and run A/B tests across hotel search, booking, and AI-assisted experiences.
  • Connect hotel booking with flights, restaurants, itineraries, calendars, and other travel features.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience building consumer, marketplace, travel, ecommerce, AI, or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnel analysis, checkout flows, experimentation, and growth metrics.
  • Experience with funnel dashboards, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams around product strategy.
