Plan and coordinate R&D programs across engineering and global teams, from project milestones to software delivery. Work with stakeholders across the organization to keep initiatives on track and improve coordination and decision-making.

  • Plan, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate local and international stakeholders and teams to execute key projects and address product deliveries and program topics.
  • Build communication cadences to support progress and decision-making.
  • Coordinate R&D equipment planning and delivery with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
  • Schedule and control the CI/CD software delivery process across engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams building automation tools for software development and testing.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of relevant project or program management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in complex environments.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for planning, documentation, and communication tasks.

יתרון

  • Experience managing cross-functional programs from EVT through mass production.
  • Familiarity with storage and storage or networking protocols.
  • Experience with Linux OS, Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar CI tools.
