Partner with HRBPs, managers, and global teams to identify skill gaps and create learning programs. Measure their impact and improve how employees learn across the organization.

  • Identify skill gaps with HRBPs and managers and turn business needs into learning solutions
  • Design and deliver workshops, blended learning, and digital content
  • Facilitate training sessions and team development activities for global audiences
  • Lead L&D initiatives from planning through execution
  • Maintain and improve digital learning platforms and content
  • Measure learning effectiveness and use data and feedback to improve programs

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience developing and facilitating learning processes
  • Experience partnering with HR and business leaders
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience working with global teams
  • Ability to measure learning impact and improve programs using data

יתרון

  • Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms
  • Background in organizational development, learning design, or behavioral methods
  • Experience supporting global or cross-cultural teams
