Join the AI Platform team to build and operate AI infrastructure, agentic workflows, and tools that improve Eleos Health’s software development lifecycle. You’ll identify opportunities to automate work across R&D, own measurable outcomes, and ship production systems.

  • Own KPIs and identify what will improve them.
  • Talk with engineers and R&D teams to find slow or manual parts of the SDLC.
  • Design, build, and ship agentic workflows from prototype through production.
  • Build and manage agent context, knowledge, and scaffolding.
  • Create evaluations and checks to improve agent reliability.
  • Build and extend the AI platform, including agents, integrations, and infrastructure.

דרישות

  • 6–8+ years of hands-on experience in senior software engineering positions.
  • Experience building and shipping agentic workflows or LLM-powered systems in production.
  • Experience working across agent harnesses and managing agent context at scale.
  • Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool use, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to design, build, and operate systems end to end.

יתרון

  • Cost-aware approach to token use.
  • Production experience with Kubernetes, containers, or CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with MCP tooling, agent orchestration frameworks, or LLM gateways.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or exposure to health tech, healthcare, or behavioral health.
