Lead the engineering team developing OX Security’s AI security products, and guide technical decisions, delivery, and quality. Work with Product, Design, customers, and other engineering teams to turn business needs into security solutions.

דרישות

  • 2+ years of experience leading software development teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience using high-level programming languages.
  • Strong ownership, independence, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to guide technical decisions and solutions for complex systems.

יתרון

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Background in cybersecurity or Endpoint Agent development.
  • Experience delivering customer-value-driven products in startup environments.
