Own the technical relationship with large customers and help them deploy and expand Kela’s platform. Design and build integrations, troubleshoot customer systems, and create small components or prototypes when needed.

  • Lead customer technical engagements before and after sale, including workshops, onboarding, and expansions.
  • Translate customer architecture, constraints, and requirements into integration plans and solution designs.
  • Lead end-to-end integrations involving APIs, data flows, authentication, networking, and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex customer environments and drive issues to resolution with Support and Engineering.
  • Build scripts, adapters, demos, or prototypes and create reusable technical assets such as integration guides and sample code.

דרישות

  • 5+ years in a hands-on engineering role.
  • Strong coding ability and experience shipping production-grade code.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes.
  • Ability to lead customer-facing technical conversations and workshops.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site when required.

יתרון

  • Experience in mission-critical, defense, or security-sensitive environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, on-premises deployments, constrained networks, or air-gapped environments.
  • Comfort using modern AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
