Design and mature security controls for Gong’s corporate applications, workforce, and environment. Work with Cyber Defense and partner teams to strengthen identity, endpoint, SaaS, and AI security through Zero Trust controls and automation.

  • Own security posture across corporate technologies, including identity, endpoint, SaaS, AI, network, email, and collaboration security.
  • Design Zero Trust access policies and harden endpoints, browsers, SaaS applications, and corporate networks.
  • Evaluate and roll out security technologies from proof of concept through production.
  • Build automated workflows and API integrations to scale security controls.
  • Manage SaaS, third-party, and AI governance, including configuration reviews, vendor assessments, access reviews, and remediation.
  • Support SecOps incident response and embed security standards into partner teams’ processes.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with identity platforms such as Okta or Entra ID, plus experience in at least two areas such as data security, DLP/DSPM, endpoint security, EDR/BDR, email security, or network/SASE.
  • Practical experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, SCIM, Zero Trust, and SSPM platforms.
  • Experience evaluating SaaS and application security, with understanding of frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and OWASP.
  • Fluent English and ability to work effectively with global teams.

  • Experience securing AI agents, agentic workflows, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Offensive security knowledge.
  • Familiarity with SaaS threats such as OAuth abuse, token theft, and identity-based attacks.
