Own and evolve Fiverr’s cloud-first workplace infrastructure, with a focus on identity lifecycle automation, endpoint management, and SaaS operations. Use AI and automation to improve IT workflows and support security and compliance goals.

  • Own Okta identity and access management, including identity lifecycles, directory integrations, and adaptive MFA policies.
  • Design and manage the Apple endpoint environment with Jamf Pro, including deployment, patching, and security configurations.
  • Administer core SaaS systems and integrate them using APIs, webhooks, and automated workflows.
  • Implement AI-driven operations, monitoring, and automated IT support workflows.
  • Lead technical security initiatives, vulnerability patching, and automated evidence collection for compliance audits.

דרישות

  • 6+ years in systems engineering, modern IT infrastructure, or DevOps.
  • Hands-on Okta administration, including lifecycle management, API integrations, and SAML/OIDC configuration.
  • Advanced Jamf Pro engineering, including configuration profiles, extension attributes, and scripting policy deployments.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate scripting or optimize IT workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting and SaaS integration platforms.
