Join the team as an AI Integration Engineer, helping an enterprise client integrate AI tools and agentic coding workflows into its software development lifecycle. You will train and support development teams, create shared resources, and help measure and improve AI adoption.

מה תעשו

  • Drive adoption and optimization of Claude Code and similar agentic coding tools.
  • Support software and QA engineers, answer technical questions, and help unblock teams.
  • Create shareable resources such as custom rules, agents, skills, demos, and playbooks.
  • Measure impact and identify gaps and improvement opportunities across the SDLC.
  • Work with DevOps, architects, and management to track and optimize AI use.
  • Help address resistance to change with patience and empathy.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience with C# / .NET Core and JavaScript with React and/or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools; Claude Code is required.
  • Mentoring, influence, patience, and empathy.
  • Experience working in large, multi-team R&D environments.

  • Active use of Claude Code and familiarity with its latest features.
  • Mentoring and training experience.
  • Experience with legacy systems in the financial sector.
  • Exposure to agentic AI development, AI workflows, or custom AI tooling.
