Own product strategy and roadmap for Noma Security’s AI Security and Governance Platform, translating customer needs into product features and guiding delivery with engineering, design, data, security, and GTM teams. Help organizations protect AI systems across data flows, model governance, and production use, and ensure customers realize value from the product.

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for core AI security workflows.
  • Translate market insights, customer feedback, and company goals into product direction.
  • Write PRDs, use cases, and UX flows, and partner with engineering and design to ship features.
  • Work with enterprise customers on risks, workflows, evaluations, POCs, and adoption programs.
  • Drive capabilities across data protection, AI governance, observability, and secure AI operations.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams on packaging, messaging, and enablement; communicate roadmap, timelines, and impact.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise platforms.
  • Technical background in software engineering, data engineering, or another highly technical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex products from concept to production.
  • Strong understanding of security challenges, compliance requirements, or data governance.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and managing evaluations or POCs.

  • Experience in early-stage, product-led startups.
  • Background in ML/AI systems, AI observability, or model governance.
  • Experience with data-driven product decision-making and usage analytics.
  • Understanding of security implications in modern AI development lifecycles.
