DriveNets is seeking a Senior Hardware Project Manager to lead multiple hardware development projects from concept through production release. You will coordinate engineering, product, operations, and supply chain teams and keep project execution aligned with business priorities and the product roadmap.

  • Lead concurrent hardware projects from concept through production release.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate work across hardware engineering, ASIC, mechanical, validation, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Identify project risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Provide project status, risks, and recovery plans to engineering leadership and executive management.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of project management experience within hardware development organizations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary hardware projects.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles from architecture through production.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering organizations.

יתרון

  • Background in hardware engineering or technical product development.
  • Experience in networking, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or data center systems.
  • Experience with ASIC-based systems and complex board-level designs.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
