Lead and grow an engineering group, setting technical strategy and guiding engineering managers and teams. Shape products, architecture and engineering culture while owning delivery and working with executive leadership.

  • Lead and mentor Team Leads and engineering managers.
  • Define technical vision and influence architectural decisions.
  • Own delivery, quality, execution and timelines across multiple projects.
  • Drive engineering processes and operational excellence.
  • Develop employees and support their professional growth.
  • Serve as the group's highest technical escalation point and report to the CEO.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of engineering management experience, including 3+ years managing Team Leads and/or Group Leads.
  • Track record of delivering complex software products from concept to production.
  • 7+ years of hands-on full stack development experience with Node.js and/or Python.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems and system design.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
