Lead end-to-end CRM projects, from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support. The role includes defining system solutions, coordinating project teams and stakeholders, and presenting progress and deliverables to customers.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Write functional specifications and define project scope, processes, and deliverables.
  • Manage timelines, tasks, stakeholders, development teams, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
  • Present solutions, project progress, and deliverables to customers and stakeholders.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM/ERP implementation.
  • Proven project management experience, including leading projects from initial setup.
  • Experience writing functional specifications and defining business requirements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead processes independently and work in a systematic, organized, solution-oriented way.

  • Experience with SAP.
