You will manage procurement from approved purchase requests through material delivery, including supplier relationships and cost-effective purchasing. You will coordinate with project, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet purchasing priorities and maintain accurate ERP data.

  • Execute purchasing activities, issue purchase orders, and manage order confirmations.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers; monitor supplier performance.
  • Manage RFQs, compare suppliers, and track orders and supply issues.
  • Coordinate procurement with Project SCM and Logistics, and support NPI sourcing and component alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data and ensure procurement policies, approvals, and documentation are followed.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of experience in direct procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
  • Experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist in hardware-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with purchase orders, supplier management, and RFQ processes.
  • Understanding of end-to-end material flow and supply chain processes.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Priority.
