Hardware Test and Product Engineer

Develop wafer-sort test programs and test hardware for Wiliot’s IoT products, and support production testing and failure analysis. Work with design, system, cloud, data, and external test-house teams to improve testing and analyze production results.

  • Develop wafer-sort test programs in collaboration with the system team.
  • Develop DFT and DFM for future products with the design team.
  • Improve production data analysis and reporting with cloud and data teams.
  • Work with external test houses and vendors on tester, probe-card, load-board, and HTOL hardware.
  • Analyze production data to set pass criteria, improve tests, and identify failures.
  • Integrate testing methods for new technology.

דרישות

  • Electrical Engineering or Physics degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a test engineer.
  • Experience writing test programs for Sort/FT.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and power meters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

יתרון

  • Experience with the Teradyne platform.
  • Knowledge of DFT, production data analysis, statistical software, failure analysis, RF, hardware design or definition, or mass production.

תנאי סף

  • Electrical Engineering or Physics degree
  • 2–3 years of experience as a test engineer
