Own and scale Kaltura’s global performance marketing across paid acquisition channels. Drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, self-serve signups, enterprise demand generation, and ABM performance in partnership with teams across Sales and Marketing.

  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Manage media budgets and investment allocation to support pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend.
  • Build and execute full-funnel acquisition programs for demand generation, enterprise opportunities, and self-serve growth.
  • Develop audience targeting using first-party data, ABM account lists, intent signals, and lookalike audiences.
  • Lead A/B testing across ads, creatives, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on CPL, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B SaaS performance marketing programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline creation, enterprise marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
  • Proven ability to manage significant media budgets and optimize campaigns for business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Experience running international campaigns across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, automation, and productivity tools.
