Lead the product and operational lifecycle at Bluespine, overseeing teams across Technical Operations, SMEs, and R&D. Turn customer feedback and operational needs into product improvements while building and scaling processes for healthcare claims analytics.

  • 6+ years of experience in Delivery, Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, or QA Leadership within B2B SaaS, data, or analytics products; startup experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Track record of leading multi-workstream implementations for enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with R&D and technical teams to define solutions and drive features from concept through delivery and adoption.
  • Product management skills including requirements definition, product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
