Lead the team building core frameworks and services that support Gong’s application ecosystem. Help keep the platform reliable, scalable, secure, and easy for product engineering teams to use.

  • Lead and mentor an engineering team.
  • Design and maintain application infrastructure frameworks using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Set standards for code quality, performance, and security.
  • Own reliable, scalable asynchronous messaging and streaming pipelines.
  • Lead data-layer work across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch, and Redis.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and Product teams on infrastructure needs.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of hands-on technical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience building large-scale server-side applications with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one of PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, SQS, or Kafka.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
