Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect -AI&ML Engineer

You will guide enterprise customers in designing and deploying production-grade ML and AI applications on the Databricks platform. You will also support Solution Architects, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and mentor others across the Field Engineering organization.

  • Architect production-level ML and AI workloads for customers, including agents, ML pipelines, training and inference optimization, and MLOps.
  • Advise customers on GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures, agentic systems, evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
  • Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads and productionize them across domains.
  • Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during technical sales, from feature engineering through model monitoring.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
  • Mentor others and contribute to the ML subject-matter expert community.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in at least one of the listed ML Engineer or AI Engineer areas.
  • Experience with data engineering, or a good understanding of data engineering concepts.
  • Experience communicating or teaching technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.

  • Ability to commute to the Databricks office in Herzliya from the Tel Aviv area
