Manage information systems projects from requirements through go-live and ongoing support, while owning business applications and their implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance. Work with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver systems that support organizational processes.

- Lead end-to-end information systems projects from requirements through go-live and support.
- Manage implementation and enhancement projects for business applications, including HRIS, CRM, Service Management, and Digital Platforms.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Own business systems, including configuration, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
- Translate business requirements into technological solutions and manage vendors, SLAs, and project deliveries.
- Lead QA/UAT, support risk management, prepare status reports, and support user training and adoption.
דרישות
- 3+ years of experience managing Information Systems projects in medium/large organizations.
- Proven experience leading application-focused projects and business systems implementations.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing vendors and SLAs.
- Relevant bachelor's degree.
