Lead the architecture and development of Connecteam’s mobile platform foundations while managing a team of mobile engineers. Set technical direction and improve scalability, performance, and developer experience across the mobile platform.

  • Own the mobile infrastructure domain, including architecture, tooling, and reliability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers.
  • Design and build scalable infrastructure for mobile development and deployment.
  • Lead implementations involving MobX, geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization.
  • Evolve CI/CD pipelines and automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Work with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps on priorities and execution.

דרישות

  • 6+ years of mobile development experience with Swift and/or Kotlin.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with React Native.
  • Strong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure.
  • Experience with CI/CD and release management.

יתרון

  • Experience with Fastlane and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with backend APIs, such as Python REST.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices.

תנאי סף

  • 6+ years of mobile development experience with Swift and/or Kotlin
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with React Native
