Develop testing and automation tools and work with developers to maintain system tests. Define and run performance scenarios for VAST Data’s data platform.

  • At least 2 years of experience in product testing, manufacturing, or automation tool development.
  • Deep understanding of computer systems and operating systems, including Unix, Linux, and Windows.
  • Testing experience defining and executing integration, performance, and stress tests.
  • Experience analyzing large and diverse systems and understanding regression processes and procedures.
  • Experience developing test automation infrastructure or automating tests on Linux and Windows servers.

יתרון

  • Python, Linux, and shell scripting experience.
  • Knowledge of performance benchmark I/O tools, metadata, data, and protocols such as NFS, S3, and SMB.
  • Knowledge of NAS file systems, block-level storage, or storage networking protocols.
  • A B.Sc. or B.A. in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; experience with virtualization, cloud, networking, storage technologies, Jenkins, or Git.
