Build backend systems and data platforms used by teams across Connecteam, including internal products, APIs, event pipelines, and integrations. Work with high-volume data and develop LLM and agent features that support business workflows and decision-making.

  • Develop internal tools and products for teams across Connecteam.
  • Build and maintain services and APIs for complex workflows.
  • Operate real-time, event-driven systems and manage data pipelines.
  • Design and ship LLM and agent features, including tool use, prompts, and evaluation.
  • Integrate third-party tools and take ownership of multiple systems and products.
  • Translate business requirements into technical plans and lead them through to production.

דרישות

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Python, with at least 8 years of experience or deep backend experience and the ability to ramp up quickly on Python.
  • Experience writing and maintaining production services and REST APIs at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven development and daily use of LLMs and coding agents.

  • Familiarity with big data and high-volume systems.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
