Own the technical solution for customer deployments, from site design and integration through commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades. Work mainly from the offices, with travel to customer sites for surveys, deployments, and hands-on support.

  • Lead site setup and integrate cameras, radars, networking, edge compute, and the Kela platform.
  • Support site surveys, POCs, feasibility assessments, and technical input to proposals and customer requirements.
  • Own project technical context from initial deployment through production.
  • Maintain and upgrade production deployments, including version rollouts, configuration changes, and hotfixes.
  • Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers; work with support, field ops, and R&D.
  • Write and maintain runbooks, documentation, and tooling for deployments.

דרישות

  • 4+ years in solution engineering, professional services, or production engineering in customer-facing, mission-critical environments.
  • Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
  • Experience debugging connectivity on live sites across complex networking topologies, including cellular, satellite, and VPN or overlay networks.
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python; hands-on experience with databases and storage.
  • Able to read code and debug logs; fluent with GitHub as a daily tool.
