Own global People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, working with employees and managers in Israel, the US, and the UK. The role combines employee support and HR operations with payroll coordination, recruiting, benefits administration, and improving processes through technology and AI.

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, leaves, and other employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain employee records, documents, and workflows in HiBob and other HR systems.
  • Support employees with HR questions, benefits, documents, and day-to-day processes.
  • Coordinate payroll-related employee data and changes across Israel and the US with Finance and external providers.
  • Manage employee benefits processes, including US benefits enrollment, changes, and provider coordination.
  • Explore HR tools, AI workflows, and automations to improve efficiency and employee experience.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience independently owning employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working with global teams, including the US market.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at a very high professional level.
  • Experience coordinating payroll-related employee data and changes across multiple countries.

  • Experience with HR systems; HiBob is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with US employee benefits administration.
  • Recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
