Lead the game economists responsible for the economy of Papaya’s Solitaire games, from feature design through post-launch tuning. Build models, analyze data and experiments, and work with teams across the studio to support player engagement, retention, and revenue.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Game Economy Managers.
  • Monitor and balance currencies, resources, sinks, sources, and inflation using data analysis and simulations.
  • Build economic models and simulations, tune feature configurations, and investigate economy challenges.
  • Drive economic design for tournaments, LiveOps events, progression systems, and rewards.
  • Plan, prioritize, and review A/B tests, and turn results into recommendations.
  • Work with Product, Monetization, Game Design, Analytics, and Engineering on feature priorities, pricing, and reward strategies.

דרישות

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Game Economy role in the gaming industry; free-to-play mobile experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts or economists.
  • Deep understanding of game economies, including sinks and sources, inflation control, rewards, progression, retention, and monetization.
  • Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building economic models and simulations in Excel, Google Sheets, Python, or R.

יתרון

  • Experience with AI tools and LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Experience with skill-based, competitive, or tournament-based games.
