Lead quality and test automation for Quantum Machines’ high-level software, including SDKs, APIs, user-facing tools, and related services. Manage and mentor QA and automation engineers while contributing hands-on to frameworks, CI quality gates, and software issue resolution.

  • Own the quality and test automation strategy across high-level software, SDKs, APIs, user-facing tools, and services.
  • Lead and mentor QA and automation engineers while staying hands-on.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites for CI flows.
  • Define test plans, coverage goals, and quality gates with R&D, architecture, and product teams.
  • Investigate escalated software issues, diagnose problems, and drive them to resolution.
  • Establish quality metrics and drive root-cause analysis and improvements to test reliability.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software QA and test automation, including 2+ years leading engineers.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or an equivalent language for building automation frameworks.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant scientific field.
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks for high-level software, including SDKs, APIs, or services.

  • Experience handling escalated technical support or working directly with customers on complex software issues.
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience testing complex systems with demanding performance or reliability requirements.
