Create and maintain civil engineering CAD drawings and 3D BIM models using Bentley Systems, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD. Work with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to turn design, survey, and existing-condition data into accurate, client-ready deliverables.

  • Create and maintain civil engineering drawings and 3D models using Bentley Systems, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
  • Develop coordinated BIM deliverables from design drawings, survey data, and as-built documentation.
  • Produce surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading models, pipe networks, sections, and construction documentation.
  • Create existing-condition models from LiDAR scans and registered point clouds, where applicable.
  • Update models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle and maintain version control.
  • Coordinate model exchanges, resolve data-quality issues, and improve templates, standards, and modeling workflows.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, and BIM modeling.
  • Strong experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to develop accurate 2D drawings and coordinated 3D BIM models from engineering, survey, and existing-condition data.
  • Understanding of civil engineering drawings, survey information, coordinate systems, spatial data, and model setup.
  • Experience delivering BIM/CAD work in ProjectWise environments and working with BIM standards, including ISO 19650, BEPs, and client specifications.

יתרון

  • Knowledge of OpenBuildings Designer or Revit.
  • Experience with scan-to-BIM or point-cloud-to-CAD workflows.
  • Proficiency in ReCap, Revit, InfraWorks, Navisworks, or similar tools.
  • Experience developing CAD/BIM standards, templates, automation, or production workflows.
