Lead technical Salesforce projects and manage the Salesforce team’s work, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and hyper-care. You’ll work with business stakeholders and developers to deliver solutions that meet company priorities.

- Lead cross-organizational Salesforce projects from discovery and design through implementation and hyper-care.
- Develop project plans with timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

- Lead technical design discussions and align business and technical stakeholders.
- Run project ceremonies and manage delivery, priorities, and trade-offs.

- At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience, with proficiency in Sales Cloud.
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk.
