Lead Cyera’s AI research team and set its research priorities, while working with Product and Engineering to turn data-security challenges into evaluated, shipped features. You will guide research from problem framing and data strategy through deployment and monitoring, including deep learning, NLP, and agentic workflows for sensitive data classification.

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers and oversee the end-to-end research lifecycle.
  • Set team priorities, roadmap, and data science methodologies.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align research with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage team performance, resource allocation, and project delivery.
  • Develop and evaluate deep learning and NLP solutions for sensitive data classification.
  • Design production-grade agentic workflows and evaluation pipelines for accuracy, latency, and cost.

דרישות

  • BSc in computer science, math, physics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as an AI Researcher, NLP Researcher, or Applied Scientist, including leading or managing research teams.
  • Experience building and managing AI research or Data Science teams.
  • Strong grounding in machine learning, deep learning, data challenges, and evaluation.
  • Expertise applying LLMs, including prompt engineering, task adaptation, RAG, evaluation, and production deployment.
