Rakuten Viber is looking for an experienced Art Director to lead visual communication and creative development for Viber for Business across marketing channels. You will create and guide campaigns and customer-facing assets, work with global teams and creative partners, and use AI tools to support creative work.

  • Lead creative direction for Viber for Business marketing initiatives.
  • Develop visual concepts and narratives that communicate product value and customer outcomes.
  • Design and produce assets for digital marketing, web, social media, video, presentations, events, email, and sales enablement.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and production partners, including creative direction and quality control.
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows for ideation, content creation, image generation, video, motion design, and automation.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on creative solutions.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design, or a related creative role.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, software, telecommunications, or digital product companies.
  • Portfolio demonstrating integrated marketing campaigns, visual storytelling, creative leadership, and business impact.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external creative partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI-powered creative workflows and emerging creative technologies.

  • Motion design, video production, and creative technology experience.
