You’ll analyze customer data environments and help tune Cyera’s platform to improve its accuracy and coverage. You’ll also turn customer findings into product and model improvements, working with field teams, R&D, and Research.

- Analyze customer data environments with SQL to identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities to improve platform accuracy and coverage.
- Turn field findings into inputs for model tuning, product improvements, and R&D priorities.
- Build internal tools and automation to scale the team’s work across customers.
- Work with field teams to tune and configure the platform for each customer’s data landscape.
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best-practice frameworks.
- Partner with R&D and Research to address gaps between out-of-the-box capabilities and customer needs.
דרישות
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets, including analysis and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing structured and unstructured data.
- B.A./B.S. in an analytical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to diagnose and solve ambiguous, multi-layered technical problems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-native data architectures.
- Experience working in or with startups or high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures, cloud-native security tools, or data privacy frameworks.
