You will explore emerging AI agent security challenges and turn promising approaches into working POCs. You will work with Product, R&D, and GTM to validate solutions and transition successful POCs to Engineering.

- Drive open-ended security challenges toward working POCs that demonstrate technical feasibility and business value.
- Partner with Product, R&D, and GTM to design and prototype solutions to emerging problems.
- Own ideation, scoping, prototyping, customer validation, and documentation.
- Make decisions about architecture, tooling, and technical tradeoffs.
- Transition successful POCs to Engineering and lead incubation of new product directions.
- Track AI developments and provide a strategic perspective on industry needs.
דרישות
- 7+ years of experience shipping security products or leading major initiatives across Engineering, Research, and Product.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or high-stakes initiatives through the full cycle from research to product handover.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents, including understanding how they work, where they fail, and how to instrument and reason about them.
- Expert-level understanding of cybersecurity attack paths and defensive controls.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding.

- Experience with AI agents and AI agent security.
- Experience with inline instrumentation, eBPF, CASB, or Sandbox.
- Former cybersecurity founder or CTO.
- Public technical output such as blog posts, conference talks, open source contributions, security research, or published papers.
