Design and implement scalable operational systems using automation, AI, low-code platforms, and custom development. Own delivery from initial design through implementation and ongoing improvement, working with Operations, Product, and Engineering.

  • Own the stability, technical health, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools.
  • Manage and optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, including workflows, integrations, and automation.
  • Design and build automated and self-service solutions that reduce manual work.
  • Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Build system integrations and use AI capabilities to improve operational workflows.
  • Plan and deliver work in two-week sprints with Operations, Product, and Engineering.

דרישות

  • Experience using AI tools and large language models, including prompt engineering and integrating AI outputs into workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience building REST API integrations.
  • Experience with a formal ticketing system and structured sprints.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate.

יתרון

  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or SQL.
  • Python coding experience.
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages.
