Lead the Engagement team responsible for AppsFlyer’s OneLink deep-linking and attribution-link platform, which resolves and processes high volumes of clicks. Own the serving path’s architecture, delivery, and production health while leading the team and contributing hands-on.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior backend engineers.
  • Own the end-to-end design of the OneLink serving path.
  • Own the edge layer with Infra, including CDN strategy and edge compute.
  • Own production SLOs, capacity, and cost efficiency, and take part in the on-call rotation.
  • Work with Product, Data, and Infra to turn requirements into a sequenced technical plan.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of software development experience and strong backend engineering skills.
  • 2+ years directly managing software engineers, including hiring, performance, and career growth.
  • Experience designing, building, and operating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
  • Strong proficiency with AWS or GCP/Azure, including containers, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD.
  • Hands-on depth in at least one of Go, Clojure, Node, or Java; working knowledge of Kafka or an equivalent; and experience with relational and NoSQL databases or caching.

  • Deep linking, mobile attribution, or URL routing experience.
  • CDN and edge-compute experience, including CloudFront Functions, Cloudflare Workers, or WAF rule design.
  • Functional programming experience with Clojure, Scala, or Erlang/Elixir.
  • AdTech background or a track record of cost efficiency at scale.
