Lead Kela’s financial planning and analysis function, reporting to the VP of Finance. Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting to support company decisions and communication with the board and investors.

  • Lead company-wide and department budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly tracking.
  • Own the financial model for reporting, strategic decisions, fundraising, and M&A.
  • Prepare board materials and investor-facing financial packages, and present financial analysis to leadership.
  • Integrate pipeline data into the financial model and maintain its accuracy and structure.
  • Partner with department heads on budgets, forecasts, and resourcing decisions.
  • Build management reporting, including KPI dashboards, burn rate analysis, and margin tracking.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, including leadership experience.
  • Experience at growth-stage or scaled companies, owning budgeting and planning end-to-end.
  • Experience in companies dealing with inventory and manufacturing.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and high proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience presenting financial analysis and recommendations to boards or executive leadership.
