Research, develop, and productionize LLM-powered applications and AI agents for data security. Work with Product and Engineering from problem framing and data strategy through evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Lead the end-to-end research process, from problem identification and data preparation to model development, production deployment, and outcome analysis.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain deep learning and NLP solutions for sensitive data classification.
- Design production-grade agentic workflows and evaluation pipelines for agent accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Apply ML models to clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification.
- Build research workflows and algorithms with research engineering, MLE, data operations, and security teams.
דרישות
- MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, AI Researcher, NLP Researcher, or Applied Scientist.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
- Deep understanding of modern NLP, including LLMs and transformers.
- Experience applying LLM-based applications or AI agents and deploying and optimizing ML, LLMs, or AI agents in production.
