- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer working on complex multidisciplinary systems.
- Experience with navigation, EO/IR camera systems, imaging sensors, or airborne payloads.
- Hands-on experience in system integration, verification and validation (V&V), and system requirements management.
- Strong understanding of communication interfaces, embedded systems, and hardware/software integration.

- Experience with GPS/INS navigation systems, computer vision, or sensor fusion.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or requirements management tools.
- Experience working with UAVs, autonomous platforms, or other advanced sensing systems.
