Provide hands-on technical support, installation, and maintenance for workstations and IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and peripheral issues, and support IT projects.

  • Install and dismantle IT equipment and infrastructure at branch locations.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
  • Set up, install, and relocate workstations.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for IT projects.

דרישות

  • At least 6 months of experience in a Help Desk environment or relevant military IT experience.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and peripheral equipment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong self-learning skills and ability to work independently.
