Lead quality and test automation across a domain, covering human-written, AI-generated, and agent-executed software. Define test strategies, quality processes, and evaluation methods for cloud analytics and AI-powered systems.

  • Define and lead domain-wide QA strategy, activities, ownership, and quality standards.
  • Plan and execute testing across the Cloud Analytics platform, including AI-powered systems.
  • Review test cases, challenge test coverage, and define acceptance criteria and quality gates.
  • Lead incident reviews, production monitoring, triage, and systemic quality improvements.
  • Improve CI/CD test automation, pipeline health, and the reliability of test signals.
  • Report quality metrics, risks, and trends to leadership and coordinate cross-team testing.

דרישות

  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of QA automation leadership experience and at least 4 years of automation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic software development workflows and AI-enabled automation or evaluation harnesses.
  • Experience testing large-scale distributed systems, structured and unstructured data, and AI services or models.
  • Expertise in Python and TypeScript, modern test frameworks, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • 3 years of QA automation leadership experience
  • At least 4 years of automation experience
