Lead NiCE’s quality engineering discipline, including AI-driven quality initiatives, automation infrastructure, and performance engineering. Build and mentor engineering teams, and connect engineering delivery with product reliability.

  • Own automation strategy across UI, API, and integration layers.
  • Lead performance and load testing strategy at enterprise scale.
  • Lead and grow teams of automation engineers, performance engineers, and architects.
  • Set technical direction, OKRs, and career ladders for the quality engineering organization.
  • Partner with Product, DevOps, and R&D leadership.

דרישות

  • 12+ years in software engineering or QA, with 5+ years in engineering leadership at Director level or senior Staff+ with direct reports.
  • Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Track record leading performance engineering at scale, including 10,000+ concurrent users and distributed systems.
  • Experience shipping or operating AI/ML systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language: Python, TypeScript, or Java.

יתרון

  • Enterprise software domain experience, such as SaaS, CCaaS, or fintech.
  • Experience evaluating or integrating AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
  • Familiarity with observability and APM tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
