Own and improve logistics and supply chain processes in NetSuite for a hardware-based environment. Work with business and technical teams on system configurations, integrations, reporting, and end-to-end logistics initiatives.

  • Manage NetSuite processes for inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and returns.
  • Translate business needs into NetSuite configurations, workflows, and reports with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead logistics initiatives from requirements and design through testing, deployment, training, and adoption.
  • Support serialized and lot-controlled inventory, traceability, RMA and repair flows, and multi-location and 3PL operations.
  • Build dashboards and saved searches for inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and logistics KPIs.
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and PLM, Salesforce, 3PL/WMS, and carrier systems.

דרישות

  • 5+ years implementing or supporting NetSuite for inventory, order management, fulfillment, and returns.
  • Experience in a hardware-based, inventory-intensive industry such as electronics, telecom, or medical devices.
  • Practical knowledge of serialized/lot inventory, production orders, multi-location operations, 3PL management, and reverse logistics.
  • Experience leading system implementation projects from requirements through design, UAT, and go-live.

  • SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, or SuiteScript.
  • Experience with APIs, PLM/Salesforce integrations, or WMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL or scripting and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor for process and data improvement.
  • NetSuite, APICS/ASCM, or Lean/Six Sigma certification; experience with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and international freight partners.
