The Product Monetization Manager plans and optimizes events, promotions, and other strategies to support revenue growth and business goals. The role focuses on player retention, engagement, and user experience, working closely with teams across the company.

  • Collaborate with Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations, and Analytics teams on monthly events and promotions.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with many stakeholders and different teams.
  • Background in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing, or Growth Management.
  • Proven experience executing and taking full ownership of projects.
  • Interest in mobile games.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
