Partner with leaders and employees to address people-related needs, support organizational growth, and improve the employee experience. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on work across the employee lifecycle.

- Translate business needs into people strategies.
- Advise managers and employees on performance, employee relations, career development, organizational design, and change management.
- Coach managers and support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational health.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
- Analyze people data and organizational trends to support decisions.
דרישות
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
- Experience coaching managers and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
