Support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle and manage core HR operations, programs, and processes. Join Kaltura’s Global HR team for a seven-month maternity leave cover and help deliver a positive employee experience.

  • Support employees and managers on HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, leave management, internal mobility, and employee data updates.
  • Conduct onboarding check-ins and employee conversations.
  • Maintain employee data in the HRIS and generate reports and insights.
  • Coordinate global HR programs and annual people processes.
  • Support HR communications, documentation, workflows, and process improvements.

דרישות

  • 2–6 years of experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and operational capabilities.
