Build and ship AI systems that automate Product Support workflows, including agent-based tools, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications. Work with business teams to identify opportunities, bring solutions into production, and ensure they are reliable, secure, and well documented.

  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities with business teams
  • Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for internal processes
  • Build LLM-powered tools and RAG pipelines that integrate multiple data sources
  • Validate company data and identify quality gaps
  • Bring solutions from prototype to production, with guardrails, monitoring, and human review where needed
  • Document AI workflows and help internal teams understand AI capabilities and limitations

דרישות

  • 3 years of hands-on software development experience, including delivering production-quality code
  • 2+ years of GenAI development experience with a strong AI/ML focus
  • Strong Python skills and a production mindset
  • Hands-on understanding of LLMs, SLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent-based systems
  • Experience with LangGraph, crewAI, Strands, or similar orchestration frameworks

יתרון

  • Experience with AWS Agent Core
  • Experience with n8n, UiPath, or Make
  • Experience or familiarity with the Support domain
